Before the hunt
You must apply to the local police to receive the European rifle passport. In the EU it is a standard document so you can travel in the EU with your weapon, and this is for all European Union countries.
If you would like to bring your rifle on a hunting trip you must apply to the ambassy from the country you are travelling to in your country to receive a special permission to import your rifle during the hunting period.
- Obligatory you must provide:
- Hunting and rifle permission. (Confirmation of your rifle possession)
- Voucher (confirmation of the booked hunt)
- Third party liability insurance for hunting.
- To book a hunt please contact us via mail or website form.
- We will prepare the offer for you.
- You accept the offer and send us the prepayment.
- We receive the payment and send you the invoice.
- After 2 weeks we will send you the VOUCHER as a confirmation of your hunt.

In general we are fully equipped, however for your comfort it is better that you will bring your own equipment such as binoculars, thermal or night vision. Optional you can always take a flashlight or your favourite shooting stick, etc. Other stuff we have!

Yes. The prepayment is a minimum of 500 EUR as confirmation of your arrival.
No. only prepayment is required in front. The balance you can pay at your arrival and the trophies at the end of the trip.
Our prices are given in EUR. You can always pay in another currency. To calculate the amount from another currency, we apply the selling rate to EUR according to the National Bank of Belgium from the first day of hunting.
During the hunt
- Usually, you need to check-out from the lodge / hotel before 11:00 on the last day of your stay, however if you informed the reception in front that you will need 1-2 hours more they usually agree to stay longer in the room. In case of the owner of the accommodation charged us for another day, we will be obligated to charge you as well.
- Check-in is possible after 13:00 -14:00.
- Full board contains 2 or 3 meals per day.
- Breakfast and dinner
- Breakfast, lunch and light supper.
- All additional orders at the hotel like coffee, tea, soft drinks, alcohol,… you are obligated to pay before you check-out.
In most cases, yes, unless the terms of the offer say otherwise. You will get a refund if you will not be able to shoot the main species from the packet, for extra or free animals not. In case the game will be possible to shoot and you decide not to shoot, the compensation will not be paid. In case of wounding and not finding the animal (visible bone, blood or fur on the ground), the compensation is not payable as well.
Drinking alcohol and using drugs are strictly forbidden during the hunting. Every time when you are hunting you need to be sober with alcohol in your blood (0.00 percent). If the guide of leader can exclude that you are not sober, the return of the amount of money for the hunt cannot be returned.

Yes. You can resign from further hunting at any time, unfortunately refund for the hunting and accommodation period you ordered is not refundable.
All will be depending on the annual hunting plan at the hunting club. If they will have some animals left in the plan, you can always shoot more. (Most of the time it is possible).
- Let us know in advance about this request. In this case, when they cut the animals, they will not cut the skin on the throat.
- The amount of the “taxidermist service” includes:
- Professional skin trimming
- Transport to the taxidermist
- Preparation service
- Collecting the necessary documentation to export the trophy to you.
After the hunt
You can pay:
- In front by bank transfer to send us more money as a prepayment for the trophies.
- After the hunt in cash or card.
Yes, we can ship trophies to your home. Shipping and packaging costs will be charged according to the price list of the transport company. To. Each package we add vet certificates, CITES (if needed), and the invoice for the taxidermist service. These documents will give you the fully right to go via custom process and receive your trophies without any complications.
As soon as we collect all the documents that are needed for shipping, we will send you the package. Due to some hot season hunting, sometimes the delivery can be delayed, but we try to collect all the papers and permits in 2-3 weeks after your hunt. If you order the taxidermist, we will ship your trophy as soon as the work will be done.
